All so deeply true Michelle. Tending to ourselves and our environment first and foremost. Something many of us were brought up being told was selfish. I'm learning to put myself first now. 💜💜💜
As you should!! As they say, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Or, as my children were taught in school— we all have a bucket and we can choose to fill one another’s bucket or take from it. We should be aware of our actions and consider whether what we do fills our bucket/someone else’s, or if it takes from it. I’ve always liked that way of seeing things. 🙏☺️💕
